Since high school I’ve always been involved with cars, trucks and motorcycles. At fifteen I began pumping gasoline and servicing customers in Duncanville, TX. I took classes in auto body and paint in high school and began repairing and painting motorcycles and automobiles as a hobby. At this time I started realizing that I love this field of work. Later I became a production Painter for both independent shops and dealerships. I moved to Colorado in 1990 and married Tanja.
Once in Colorado, I was a painter for a dealership and some independent shops. I then wanted to advance my career and received a position with an automotive paint distributor on the Front Range where I became a Systems Technician helping paint technicians and shops fine tune their procedures and trouble shoot problems working with BASF, DuPont and PPG paint lines. From there I became well known within the circles of auto body shops, paint distributors and paint manufacturers.
I was then hired on with PPG, a leading paint manufacturer, were I was responsible for servicing six western states and developing new fleet and industrial business in those territories. Once those industrial and fleet lines were set up I then took on a new position focusing and growing the automotive paint industry in Colorado with PPG. High Tone Auto Body was one of my accounts and I decided to pursue a new career path and use my skills learned from past careers and along with my wife we purchased High Tone Auto Body in 2004.

I had fourteen years of experience in the environmental industry before I came to work for High Tone Auto Body. I am detail oriented, meticulous and have a strong sense of ethics. I make sure I bring these values to our staff and customers. My job as the Administrative Manager is to ensure compliance with rules and regulations set forth by local, state, and governmental agencies as well as meeting the guidelines set forth by all the insurance companies that we work with.
For instance, when we repair a customer’s vehicle we are accountable not only to them but their insurance company as well. It is the customer who is paying the monthly insurance premium and it is our job to make the repairs as painless as possible for the insured, so that the customer continues to stay on as a customer with both the insurance company and us. Regardless of whether you are the insured or claimant we treat everyone the same, trying to make your inconvenience as trouble free and pleasant as possible.
